Shon has to be one of the toughest, most resilient agents in Central Texas. I was in a high stress situation, homes being bought or rented from under us. I would send 5-10 addresses a day to Shon. She kept pushing for us to be in the area that we fell in love with, and we got it.
There's also service after the sale, or lease. Shon would check in to make sure we were still happy and, to assure us if there's any problems to let her know.
